1. Please read Cold Spring School Financial Aid Policy in its entirety.

2. Starting on November 1, 2011, go to sss.nais.org to complete the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS).  If you are unable to complete this application online, request a printed copy of the PFS application from the Director of Admissions.  Be sure to include Cold Spring School’s code 1808.  PFS’s must be completed by FEBRUARY 15, 2012.

3. Click on the prompt to begin your PFS.  You only need to complete one PFS even if you have several children applying to our school.  You will be given a password that will allow you to return to your PFS at a later date before submitting it.  Please note thatSSS charges a processing fee. Families with limited resources may qualify for a fee waiver. Please contact the Director of Admissions if you feel your family may qualify for a waiver.

4. You will be given instructions about submitting required backup documents, including copies of your filed 2011 Tax Returns.  Your documents will be handled with the utmost level of security.  Self-employed parents must also complete SSS’s Business/Farm Statement.

You must submit all the required documents to SSS by MARCH 1, 2012. Documents can be uploaded directly to SSS's website or you can mail hard copies of the required documents to SSS by NAIS, P.O.
